What We Do

We offer a 9 month transformation journey for high potential women, focusing on professional & personal growth.
We create communities of 12 – 15 professional women, to stimulate networking and shared experiences.

We address leadership challenges and personal dilemmas, whilst building competency and resilience.
We stimulate our clients to learn how to embrace their own authenticity and voice within corporate life.

The Building Blocks

Our program consists of two parallel paths; one focusing on the Individual and the other on the Collective.

It is based on 4 integral building blocks:

Insight, Coaching, Masterclasses and a Community Platform.

Each Master Class combines theory with interactive thought-provoking
individual and group assignments.

Requires full participation over a 9 month period and the commitment of an internal sponsor.

Insight

• A competency-based online assessment and stakeholder interviews.

• Powerful and insightful feedback sessions on the outcomes.

• An actionable development plan to support the coaching journey.

Coaching

• 6 x coaching sessions over a period of 9 months.

• 1.5 hour sessions with an experienced coach.

• Powerful coaching and feedback loops to accelerate learning.

Masterclasses

• 5 full Masterclass days, including dinners hosted by invited VIPs.

• A faculty boasting a diverse range of impactful thought-leaders

• Group and individual assignments to reinforce key learnings.

Community Platform

• A digital platform to facilitate collaboration and dialogue.

• Supports interactive engagement during the assignment phase.

Successful execution of a growth strategy is highly dependent on also driving a high performance culture. Successful companies capitalise on diversity as a source of competitive advantage & how adopting a strategic approach to diversity can create sustainable change and lead to a higher-performing company. In this session we will also explore our own unconscious biases and proactively look for ways to bring different voices to our teams and into our decision making.

Navigating complexities and dilemmas

Leadership in the 21st century will be influenced by constant change, e.g technological disruptions, & economic uncertainty. Mastering these major forces of change will be the defining characteristics of the new generation leaders. In this session we explore the leadership mindset and behaviour needed to win the game.

Our whole being includes our mind, body and spirit, and when any one of these areas are neglected; it affects our overall well-being and decreases the quality of our life. In this session we will explore how we can refocus our priorities to be geared towards one self and help us balance our mind, body and soul.

This session will be dedicated to reflecting on and sharing learnings from assignment 2 and the ExecTrack journey as a whole. You will be encouraged to actively demonstrate your skills in leading and listening, whilst learning from each others insights, experiences and achievements during the programme.
